What areas of Cape Town do ZeroToLandfill service?
We are currently collecting waste and delivering vegetables in Rosebank and Mowbray only. However we are hoping to expand soon so stay tuned for updates.
How do I sign up for waste collections?
Click here to sign up for waste collections. We offer 3 options for waste collection:
1. A weekly comprehensive collection @ R50 per month which includes the Ring My Bell service if requested. Click here for details of what we collect.
2. A FREE weekly food and garden waste collection for processing into compost.
3. An ad-hoc collection of recycling at R30 per collection.
How do I sign up for the “Ring My Bell” service?
When you sign up for waste collections you have the option to indicate that you would like your bell rung. We will ring your bell on collection to avoid you having to leave your recycling outside where it can be tampered with.
Why is sorting waste at the source (my home/business) important?
Sorting waste at its source ensures a more efficient recycling process, reduces contamination, and maximizes the reuse of resources, driving us closer to our zero-waste goal. We’ve listed guidelines for sorting your waste.

Do you offer compost for sale to the public?
Yes! We sell our nutrient-rich compost back to the community.
Our primary commitment is to supply compost to support the farming hubs. As our production capacity grows, we aim to make our compost available to the public whenever possible.
